We’ll be happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving the items. Items must be returned with the original receipt, unworn and in the condition they were purchased, including all labels, tags and packaging. The refund will be issued on the method of payment you used.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund underwear; health & beauty products, which have been opened or unsealed; pierced products or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. We are also unable to refund gift cards.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

- Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the our team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
- Once your item(s) have been received by our warehouse, a refund will be processed back onto your payment method with 14 working days.If you have not received the refund within 14 days or you have any queries, please contact us.
